You prefer free-lance work . Preferably work that allows you to stay in your comfort zone. You feel that people close to you (especially family) and the world sees you as somebody who is not as successful.

You have ideas but are unable to implement them. You feel that your ideas may not work or you are unable to figure out that first step.

Do you fit? If yes…

The Good News : You are a creative professional with a skill set that is totally suited to today’s world.

The Not-So-Good News : You have a personal glass ceiling (all yours). If not identified in time you may resort to a ‘non-action approach’ that will ultimately lead to low self-confidence and overall laziness. Also, your gifts and the success you could achieve will remain unknown to all (including you).

The Best News: You have placed that ceiling yourself so you know how to break it.

What next?

Work hard at identifying that ceiling. Self-reflect or reflect with a good listener. Once you are aware of your glass ceiling, it will shatter.
